On November 6th the Joomla Project and Community announced the availability of version 3.2 as a stable release. With about 600 new features and bug fixes, version 3.2 is the biggest release of the CMS ever. In the infographic below 10 new features of Joomla 3.2 are highlighted, Something New for Everyone!
Feel free to share the inforgraphic with your friends on your own blog or website! You can also download a large version of the inforgraphic.

How to Find Quality Images for Your Site
Written by Ryan Pierson
A website without images can be pretty bland, but where do you find images that you can use legally? Stories about sites caught in costly litigation over copyright violations can be found all over the news, and avoiding this type of situation is paramount to maintaining a good, reputable site.
So, where do you find these images? How can you make sure that you're using photos that aren't being claimed by someone that doesn't want their image readily shared with the world?
In this article, we'll go over some considerations, as well as some of our favorite image sources.
Understanding Licensing
Before we get into some of our favorite options, we'd like to state on record that this article should not replace good legal council, nor should you post any images on your site without taking some precautions to protect yourself, and your organization, from potentially falling into legal trouble over something as simple as using an image to add a visual touch to an article.
How to fix a blank screen after upgrading to Joomla 3.2
Written by Anthony Olson
In the process of updating some of our Joomla template packages from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.2, I've just come across an easily circumvented bug during the update process.
What is the error?
The error occurs during the installation of the Joomla 3.2 via the Joomla Update component and ends in the user being presented with a blank screen. In most cases a blank screen means that there is a php error and because error reporting is set to default the error is not displayed on the screen and so all we see is a blank screen.
A small addition to our custom support service
Written by Anthony Olson
Last year we released a small add on service for our users that allowed us to provide help for issues that are outside of the scope of our normal Joomla template and extension support. Up until now we offered one hour and four blocks of time and now I am happy to say that we are also offering a half hour block of custom support time.
The half hour block of time is designed to fit the occasional small issue that might pop up that is outside of your current skillset. Services that might come under the half hour block are:
- Diagnosing (and fixing if possible) why a server move has resulted in a 500 internal server error
- Diagnosing (and fixing if possible) an issue with a 3rd party component.
- Setting up 3rd party extensions
Five minutes of your time for a month of ours.

It's been a while since we sent out a survey to our users, so in the spirit of taking stock as the year starts to draw to a close, I've just published the 5 minutes for 1 month survey.
We love receiving feedback from our users, so in exchange for five minutes of your time, we will add a month to your template subscription. Simple.
Once we have processed the survey we will automatically add the month to your subscription.
Please note that this offer apples to existing or previous members of the club. If your subscription has expired simply fill out the form and we will reinstate your accoutn with the bonus month's worth of access.
