Motivation - what get's me going

Motivation is something personal to all of us and we all clearly have different things that get us all fired up and committed.
I first saw this stunningly animated lecture a year or so ago and I was reminded of it when Ryan Ozimek quoted it in his presentation at Joomla!Dagen in the Netherlands last week.
If you do nothing else today spend 10 minutes and watch it you won't be disappointed.
